Atkins Health is a multidisciplinary allied health practice based in Varsity Lakes, inside Temple Gym on Lake street. For over 13 years we’ve been helping Gold Coast locals move better, manage pain, and build long-term health not just treat what’s already gone wrong.
Our team includes Accredited Exercise Physiologists, a Physiotherapist, and a Dietitian, all working from an evidence-based framework. We work across the full health spectrum from people managing complex chronic conditions and navigating the healthcare system, through to those focused on performance, conditioning, and staying ahead of health decline. Whatever the starting point, we build programs around the person.
